Not working with my version?

Hi,

I'm really new to word press in general and this plugin looks absolutely perfect. I am using Wordpress 3.2.1 and installed it. I am trying to have Word Press just list the posts from category 4 so the only thing I wrote on that page is [catlist id=4] but its still showing me all of the posts that have been created from my site, not just that category. I also tried to write the name of the category to see if it would take that and it didn't. Am I fundamentally doing something wrong here? I'm really new to shortcodes on all that.

I'm wondering if its my version of wordpress thats the problem.

Seems to be a bud which will let me choose my Blog category

I just installed this and am testing with both a Page and a Post. The preview for the Page shows the filler placeholder text... "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonummy nibh euismod tincidunt ut laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat volutpat". If I publish the Page, this text is still there.
