New to WP + Plugin - can this adaptation be made?

I am new to WP, but experienced with other CMS's. I have been frustrated by trying to make WP act like a hybrid of a traditional CMS and retain its nature as a blog manager.

I posted a WordPress support forum message about creating a Table of Contents for all the posts on the Web site (sort of like a Site Map), and then I found your plugin that was my answer. Thank you!

Now I am frustrated by something that I wonder if this plugin can be easily modified to do. I need a static Wordpress page that has a list of all the LINK categories, along with the links in those categories. Basically, it would be exactly like List Category Posts, except List Category Links.

Is that possible?

List Category Posts does exactly what the name states - lists the category posts. For what your talking about, I would simply do this:

<a href="">mycategory_1</a>
[catlist name=mycategory_1]
<a href="">mycategory_2</a>
[catlist name=mycategory_2]
<a href="">mycategory_3</a>
[catlist name=mycategory_3]

No reason why that wouldn't work just as well. Good luck!
